The following are rock wool sandwich panel saw blade usage precautions.
Hang alloy saw blades vertically on a dry rack, avoiding humid environments. Never place alloy saw blades flat on the ground or on a rack, as this can cause deformation.

When using, always wear a protective shield, gloves, a hard hat, safety shoes, and protective glasses.
When installing an alloy saw blade, be sure to confirm the performance and intended use of the saw table. It is best to read the saw table’s manual beforehand to avoid installation errors that could cause accidents.
When installing an alloy saw blade, inspect it for cracks, warping, patching, or missing teeth before proceeding.
The teeth of alloy saw blades are extremely hard and sharp. Avoid bumping or dropping them. Handle them with care.
After installing the alloy saw blade, ensure that the center hole of the blade is securely fastened to the saw table flange. Install the washer, if required. Then, gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm that it rotates eccentrically.
The cutting direction indicated by the arrow on the alloy saw blade must be aligned with the direction of rotation of the saw table. Installing the saw in the opposite direction is strictly prohibited, as this can cause tooth loss.
Pre-rotation Time: After replacing the alloy saw blade, pre-rotate it for one minute before use to allow the saw table to enter the working state before cutting.
Failure to follow operating procedures can result in personal injury or death. Please pay attention to operating instructions to avoid injury.
