Installation Method for Water Ring Pelletizer Blades
The installation of water ring pelletizer blades mainly includes the following steps:
- Preparation before installation:
Check if the blades are intact and undamaged, especially whether the cutting edges are sharp.
Confirm that the model, specifications, and quantity of the water ring cutting blades meet the requirements.
Prepare the installation tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
- Cleaning of the pelletizing die:
Clean the pelletizing die to remove impurities and residues, ensuring a clean die surface.
- Installing the blades:
Assemble the water ring cutting blades onto the blade holder and fasten them securely according to the screw hole positions.
- Installing the blade holder:
Install the blade holder onto the blade shaft, and install the sleeve, spring, nut, and other accessories.
- Adjusting the gap between the blade edge and the die surface:
Adjust the tightness of the spring by adjusting the locking nut to ensure that all blades are in contact with the die surface.
